Abstract

ABSTRAKUntuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik diperlukan peran guru pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dan proses pembelajaran yang diintegrasikan pada setiap materi pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan, dengan lingkungan di mana terdapat nilai-nilai tertentu yang mempengaruhi dan mengubah perilaku mereka. Guru dapat memberikan keteladanan yang baik maka terbentuk perilaku disiplin siswa yang baik. Perilaku disiplin tersebut dibuktikan dalam perbuatan dan tingkah laku yang baik didalam kehidupannya baik disekolah ataupun di masyarakat. Sehingga keteladanan seorang guru ada keterkaitannya dengan kompetensi kepribadian. Bagi seorang guru keteladanan di era sekarang sangat di butuhkan, sebagai panutan bagi disiplinnya siswa. Menurut pengamatan yg dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa keteladanan guru PKn tersebut menjadi refleksi kehdupan terutama dalam disiplin di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan berkenaan dengan keteladanan guru PKn yang mempengaruhi pemikiran, pengetahuan, dan pengaruh kepada siswa dalam disiplin di sekolah. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Metode survei. Instrumen pengumpulan datanya menggunakan instrumen angket validasi. Sebelum dipakai, instrumen harus valid dan reliabel dengan dihitung uji validasi, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, dan daya bedanya. Teknik analisis data terdiri analisis data kevalidan, analisis data kepraktisan, dan analisis data pemahaman konsep dengan paired sample t test. ABSTRACT To improve students' discipline, the role of Pancasila and civic education teachers is needed and the learning process is integrated into every Pancasila and civics education material, with an environment where there are certain values that influence and change their behavior. The teacher can provide a good example so that good student discipline behavior is formed. Such disciplinary behavior is evidenced in good deeds and behavior in his life both in school and in society. So that the absence of a teacher has something to do with personality competence. For a teacher, exemplary in today's era is very much needed, as a role model for student discipline. According to the observations made, it shows that the exemplary Civics teacher is a reflection of life, especially in discipline at school. The purpose of this study was to explain the role models of Civics teachers that influence thinking, knowledge, and influence on students in disciplines at school. The approach in this study using a survey method. The data collection instrument used a validation questionnaire. Before being used, the instrument must be valid and reliable by calculating the validation test, reliability, difficulty level, and difference power. Data analysis techniques consisted of data analysis of validity, data analysis of practicality, and data analysis of conceptual understanding with paired sample t test.
