Abstract
This research is based on the national strategy of "integration of sports and education", aiming to systematically explore the innovative paths of empowering sports teaching models with artificial intelligence (AI) technology, in light of the current bottlenecks in personalized, precise and process-based evaluation in sports teaching. Through methods such as literature research, case analysis and empirical research, an "AI-enabled sports teaching model driven by data, human-machine collaboration and personalized accuracy"was constructed. A control experiment was carried out in junior high school basketball teaching. The results showed that this model could significantly improve students' action standardization, skill accuracy rate, physical health indicators and learning motivation, while promoting teamwork and classroom efficiency. It also verified the positive role of AI technology in achieving the unified goals of "educating the body"and "educating the mind". The research further proposed promotion paths from the macro policy, meso coordination and micro implementation levels, and pointed out challenges and improvement directions in terms of technology adaptation, teacher quality, and emotional interaction, providing theoretical references and practical paradigms for the deep integration of AI technology into sports teaching.
