Erratum: Structural and electronic properties of Ga2O3-Al2O3 alloys (Applied Physics Letters (2018) 112 (242101) DOI: 10.1063/1.5036991)

Abstract

The reported bowing parameters for monoclinic and corundum were switched in Ref. 1. The sentence "For the monoclinic phase, we find b=1.78 eV (indirect) and b=1.87 eV (direct), and for corundum, b=0.93 eV (indirect) and b=1.37 eV (direct)." should be replaced with "For the monoclinic phase, we find b=0.93 eV (indirect) and b=1.37 eV (direct), and for corundum, b-1.78 eV (indirect) and b=1.87 eV (direct)." Figure 4(b) should also be updated to reflect this change. The correct figure is shown below. (Figure Presented).
