PENGARUH DIKLAT, KOMPETENSI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BALAI DIKLAT PENERBANGAN PALEMBANG

Abstract

This case study research aims to determine the effect of education and training. Competence and Motivation on the Performance of City Aviation Training Center Employees In this study the population was all Palembang City Aviation Training Center employees, with a sample of 50 people. From the results of the research, the regression coefficient for the Education and Training variable (X 1) is 0.339, Competence (X 2) is 0.467, Motivation (X 3) is 0.228 and also produces a constant value of 12.341. so that the Multiple Linear Regression equation is as follows: = 12.894 + 0.339 X 1 + 0.467 X 2 + 0.228 X 3 + e. The result of the correlation coefficient is 0.881, which means that it has a very strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.762. This value can be interpreted that the percentage of the influence of Training, Competence and Motivation on Performance is 76.20% while the remaining 23.80% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. ABSTRAK Penelitian studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Diklat, Diklat. Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Balai Diklat Penerbangan Kota Dalam penelitian ini populasi adalah seluruh Pegawai Balai Diklat Penerbangan Kota Palembang, dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh koefisien regresi variabel Diklat (X 1) sebesar 0,339, Kompetensi (X 2) 0,467, Motivasi (X 3) 0,228 dan juga menghasilkan nilai konstanta sebesar 12,341. sehingga persamaan Regresi Linear Berganda adalah sebagai berikut : Ý = 12,894 + 0,339 X 1 + 0,467 X 2 + 0,228 X 3 + e. Hasil koefisien korelasi 0,881 yang berarti mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, juga diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R 2) sebesar 0,762. Nilai ini dapat ditafsirkan bahwa besarnya persentase pengaruh Diklat, Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja adalah sebesar 76,20% sedangkan selebihnya 23,80% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.
