Vascular effects of carbon disulfide: a review

Abstract

An extensive review of the literature on this subject is presented. After a discussion of the biological mechanisms involved in the development of vasculopathy induced by carbon disulfide, the effects on peripheral vessels, cerebral and glomerular circulation, ocular microcirculation and the cardiovascular effects are outlined.
