Abstract

Methods - A range of neuropsychological function and extrapyrimidal signs (EPS) was assessed in 16 patients with Lewy body dementia, 15 with Parkinson's disease, 25 with Alzheimer's disease, and 22 control subjects. Results - The severity of total motor disability scores increased in the following order: controls ≃ Alzheimer's disease << Parkinson's disease
