Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of self-compensation and work environment on job satisfaction in high-proof Islamic banks. This research method uses quantitative methods, data analysis techniques using SPSS version 25.0 with normality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression, and hypothesis testing. From the SPSS calculation, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction is 2,719, and the work environment on job satisfaction is 4,923, then the effect of compensation and work environment on job satisfaction is 5,913. The conclusion in this study is compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
