Abstract
In order to strengthen the tracing and monitoring level for quality and safety of fruit and vegetable products and to achieve safety production and circulation, the quality and safety traceability system of fruit and vegetable products based on ontology is presented in this paper. First, the working principles of traceability system and collection of traceability information are researched. Second, the theory of ontology is introduced to build quality and safety traceability information ontology of fruit and vegetable products. Finally, the traceability semantic model based on traceability information ontology are further analyzed and the whole process about quality and safety traceability information of fruit and vegetable products from planting, gaining, Manufacture, transportation, storage to sale are realized. It will definitely raise the supervision level of fruit and vegetables products' quality safety.
