Quality in Latin American Companies: The Peruvian Case

Abstract

This paper presents a longitudinal study that compares nine success factors of quality in Peruvian companies in 2006 and 2011, in order to compare the evolution of the scope of quality management over time. The study shows that Peruvian companies have improved significantly in the nine success factors used in the study.
