Abstract

Understanding transcriptome regulaton and gene functons needs a systematc method to fully unravel the gene expression profles, including the isoform classifcaton, at both molecule and single-cell levels. Nowadays, alternatve splicing and gene-fusion analysis can take advantage of the third-generaton sequencing technology such as PacBio ISOSeq and Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) MinION RNASeq [1] strides at the unprecedented speed in plant organs and cells research area.
