Abstract
Four-fold: Not just the identification, but also the rapid characterization and classification of nucleic acid G-quadruplexes into topology groups is feasible utilizing UV and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy (see picture). It is now possible to utilize inexpensive UV spectroscopy to achieve the same level of characterization previously only possible with CD spectroscopy. Copyright © 2011 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
