Abstract
Este artículo, es producto de una investigación documental realizada sobre las temáticas desarrollo humano y capital social, mediante la búsqueda, revisión y lectura de una nutrida bibliografía, cuyos aportes generaron el análisis, interpretación y comprensión de ambas categorías objeto de estudio de la investigación, plasmadas en las presentes páginas. El paradigma del Desarrollo Humano, propuesto por el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PUND), nos muestra una visión humanista del crecimiento, reconociendo la importancia de la naturaleza, la educación, salud, cultura, tecnología, economía, equidad e inclusión para el logro de la dignidad humana. El Desarrollo Humano, es un paradigma multidimensional, se enfoca en el aprovechamiento de las capacidades humanas, en la productividad de las personas y en la garantía del desarrollo sostenible. El modelo de Desarrollo Humano posee cuatro componentes sustanciales: Economía Social, Desarrollo Local, Sustentabilidad y Capital Social. Sobre la premisa del Bien común, se construyó el concepto y la acción del Capital social, el cual no nació con el paradigma del Desarrollo Humano, sino que su esencia filosófica y epistemológica data de las primeras décadas del siglo XX. En este orden, de ideas, es evidente, que en este siglo XXI los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) constituyen la alianza mundial de unión, cooperación, reciprocidad y participación activa de países, instituciones, personas y comunidades para el logro del Desarrollo Humano, con la finalidad de construir capital social de nexos, vínculos, puentes y redes que permitan la superación de los problemas sociales que afectan a más de la mitad de la población mundial y que les impiden vivir una vida digna y en condiciones aceptables de existencia, desde sus propios espacios locales hasta la sociedad en general.This article is the product of a documentary investigation carried out on the themes ofhuman development and social capital, through the search, review and reading of a largebibliography, whose contributions generated the analysis, interpretation and understanding of both categories object of study of the investigation, embodied in these pages. The HumanDevelopment paradigm, proposed by the United Nations Development Program (PUND),shows us a humanistic vision of growth, recognizing the importance of nature, education,health, culture, technology, economy, equity and inclusion. for the achievement of humandignity. Human Development is a multidimensional paradigm, focused on the use of humancapacities, the productivity of people and the guarantee of sustainable development. TheHuman Development model has four substantial components: Social Economy, LocalDevelopment, Sustainability and Social Capital. On the premise of the Common Good, theconcept and action of Social Capital was built, which was not born with the HumanDevelopment paradigm, but its philosophical and epistemological essence dates from the first decades of the 20th century. In this order of ideas, it is evident that in this 21st century the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) constitute the global alliance of union, cooperation, reciprocity and active participation of countries, institutions, people and communities for the achievement of Human Development. , with the purpose of building social capital of links, links, bridges and networks that allow overcoming the social problems that affect more than half of the world population and that prevent them from living a dignified life and in acceptable conditions of existence, from their own local spaces to society in general.
