Abstract

Abstrak Konteks sekolah efektif sekolah adalah spesifikasi prosedur pengembangan organisasi yang konsisten secara aktual terhadap kebutuhan berpusat pada proses manajerial kepala sekolah. Pada sekolah efektif proses manajerial ditandai dengan berfungsinya struktur organisasi secara optimal, performansi guru dan personel sekolah yang professional, kesiapan dan kemajuan belajar siswa. Efektivitas sekolah juga dapat dilihat pada pelaksanaan kegiatan dan pengembangan akademik, dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Karenanya, semakin terampil kepala sekolah, guru, dan personel sekolah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab, maka akan semakin efisien dan efektif seluruh sistem dan pelayanan persekolahan. The effective school can be function organization optimally, the performance of teachers and school personnel are professional, readiness and students' progress. School effectiveness can also be seen in the implementation of activities and academic development , and the achievement of educational goals. Therefore, the more skilled principals, teachers , and school personnel perform their duties and responsibilities , it will be more efficient and effective systems and services throughout schooling.
