This emphasizes the importance of understanding the factors contributing to teachers' job satisfaction. This paper aims to analyse the specific ways in which reward factors can amplify teachers' satisfaction, drawing on previous research to explore the effects and correlations between rewards and job satisfaction. The study begins by emphasizing the significance of job satisfaction among teachers in educational institutions. It observes that when teachers receive rewards and recognition tailored to their individual needs and preferences, it can significantly enhance their overall job satisfaction.
