A child with radiographically demonstrable diffuse bilateral testicular calcification secondary to the formation of large, calcified concretions in the seminiferous tubules is described. One similar patient has been previously reported. These intraluminal concretions are possibly related to the smaller, more sparse 'intratubular bodies' that may occur in the testis in a variety of conditions. Although their massive development in this patient remains unexplained, the radiographic and histopathologic features of the lesion are characteristic and striking.
