Abstract

Here, we present a comprehensive transcriptomics data set of Brugia malayi , its Wolbachia endosymbiont w Bm, and its vector host. This study samples from 16 stages across the entire B. malayi life cycle, including stage 1 through 4 larvae, adult males and females, embryos, immature microfilariae, and mature microfilariae.
