Abstract

Scholars and practitioners provide a great number of varying definitions for the term 'Innovation'. All definitions have in common that innovations can be regarded as something new as they bring forward products or services which have not been available before, or which differ significantly from existing products and services. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
