Abstract

IntisariPerkembangan teknologi dan munculnya pandemik Covid-19 menuntut organisasi untuk berubah dan berkembang. Salah satu sektor organisasi yang harus berubah dan berkembang adalah bidang persuratan dan kearsipan, yaitu dari pengelolaan konvensional ke pengelolaan berbasis elektronik. Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Agenda Persuratan (siagen) untuk mengubah pola kerja konvensional menjadi berbasis elektronik. Melalui pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fitur dan fungsi siagen, strategi perubahan yang dilakukan, dan relevansi perubahan dengan model ADKAR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi dan fitur siagen cukup baik meskipun perlu dikembangkan, beberapa strategi perubahan dilakukan, dan perubahan cukup relevan dengan model ADKAR.Kata kunci: model ADKAR, perubahan organisasi, siagen, UNY AbstractTechnological developments and the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic require organizations to change and develop. One of the organizational sectors that must change and develop is the field of correspondence and archives, namely from conventional management to electronic-based management. Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) has developed a Sistem Informasi Agenda Persuratan (siagen) to change conventional work patterns to electronic ones. Through a case study approach, this study aims to determine the features and functions of siagen, the strategy for changes made, and the relevance of changes to the ADKAR model. The results show that the functions and features of siagen are quite good although they need to be developed, several change strategies are carried out, and the changes are quite relevant to the ADKAR model.Keywords: ADKAR model, organizational change, siagen, UNY
