Abstract
Background: Mirikizumab (miri), an anti-IL-23p19 antibody, is approved for the treatment of ulcerative colitis and under development for Crohn's disease (CD). We investigated how miri impacted fatigue, bowel urgency, and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) through 52 weeks in patients with moderately to severely active CD in the Phase 3 VIVID-1 study.
