EVALUASI PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP SISTEM INFORMASI E-PPGBM DI KABUPATEN JEMBER

Abstract

Jember Regency had implemented the e-PPGBM information system but until now, the level of user acceptance has not been known due to the absence of related research. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the level of user acceptance of the e-PPGBM information system in all Community Health Center in Jember Regency. This observational study, using a cross sectional design. The research sample was selected as many as 44 users with simple random sampling technique and analyzed by Spearman test. The e-PPGBM information system is considered easy to use by users. The results of the analysis show a positive relationship between research variables, namely perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness (í µí½† = 0.001; p-value <0.05); perceived ease of use with attitude toward using technology (í µí½†=0.614; p-value<0.05); perceived usefulness with attitude toward using technology (í µí½†= 0.726; p-value<0.05); perceived usefulness with behavioral intention to use (í µí½†=0.652; p-value <0.05); perceived usefulness with actual technology use (í µí½†=0.585; p-value<0.05); attitude toward using technology with behavioral intention to use (í µí½†=0.78; p-value<0.05); attitude toward using technology with actual technology use (í µí½†=0.492; p-value<0.05); behavioral intention to use with actual technology use (í µí½†=0.672; p-value<0.05) User acceptance of e-PPGBM in Jember Regency was very good. It is hoped that e-PPGBM can be used as an initial description of the acceptance of the health information system in Indonesia and used as a reference for consideration by the Government to evaluate the Health Information System in Indonesia.
