Rancang Bangun Pendidikan Kristiani di Era Digital: Sebuah Usaha Menjadikan Pendidikan Kristen Relevan di Era Digital

Abstract

Christian education encompasses a very broad range of aspects, both formal and non-formal. One prominent characteristic is teaching based on the Bible. In the contemporary era, there are increasing challenges that lead people to abandon traditional methods and turn to something more current. This trend is also evident in the Christian world, where Bible teaching directly confronts technological developments. Formal schools with curricula monitored by the government can certainly keep pace with technological advancements. This is in contrast to non-formal schools such as Sunday School, Youth Groups, and programs for the Elderly, which are typically managed by church activists who may not necessarily have sufficient expertise. To address this situation, qualitative research methods are employed to adapt Bible teaching to the changing times. To enhance effectiveness, the implementation emphasizes the essence of Bible teaching, integrated with the use of digital media. This study utilizes qualitative research methods and data analysis through books and journals, leading to a conclusion that supports the idea that Bible teaching can still be maintained in the digital era.
