Perancangan Aplikasi Inventaris Menggunakan Java dan MySQL Server 5 Pada DISDIKPORA Sanggau

Abstract

Inventory application is an application that supplies information for many processes that consist of inventory, allocation/mutation and reports in DISDIKPORA Sanggau. The format used in the system refers to the reference books namely, Kodefikasi Barang Sesuai KEMENDAGRI Nomor: 17 Tahun 2007, Kode Lokasi Sesuai Keputusan Bupati Sanggau No. 247 Tahun 2003 and Pedoman Teknis Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Peraturan MENDAGRI Nomor:17 Tahun 2007. This application was designed to facilitate and improve the performance process of the admin who originally carried out by entering the same inventory data repeatedly to adjust predefined report formats to be simpler without repetitive in the process of entering data so as to produce detailed reports and reduce the data redundancy. The method used in this research is data collection, system planning, system analysis, system and database design. This application was developed using Java Desktop Programming Language. The database used is MySQL Server 5 and the output interface design using iReport-nb-0.9.1. The conclusion is the design of inventory application in DISDIKPORA Sanggau is ready to developed.
