Abstract

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanomaterials have been extensively studied in the last two decades. Due to their versatile properties, TiO2 nanomaterials have possessed themselves vast applications, including paint, toothpaste, UV protection, photocatalysis, photovoltaics, sensing, electrochromics, as well as photochromics. An in-depth study of the basic material properties, electrical transport-favored nano/micro-structure design and processing of TiO2 nanomaterials will be present in this chapter, focusing on solar energy utilization efficiency enhancement.
