Abstract

In this scientific work, we have considered and analyzed the types of problematic employees that exist today, as well as their possible actions and, directly, the problems themselves that these employees bear, the degree of importance of a particular problem, how to solve them to the head. Possible examples of problematic co-workers are given, for each of which the problems they carry are described. Analyzed some posts with HH.ru on the basis of which we proposed options for determining the problematic employee at the meeting stage. It also describes what is important to pay attention to before hiring an employee. We have put forward possible methods and actions that can be applied to problem employees, depending on their type.
