Learning materials play an essential role in building students' scientific literacy competencies; therefore, learning materials should be integrated with scientific literacy competencies. This study aims to analyze the scope of scientific literacy in Edmodo-based learning materials on a simple-machine. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method. The research data collection uses an analytical instrument that refers to the PISA scientific literacy competence. The data collection technique used analyzing learning material documents to obtain the scope of scientific literacy competencies. Document analysis result data is expressed in percentage form. The results showed that the scope of scientific literacy in Edmodo-based learning materials was dominated by the competence of 'explain phenomena scientifically with a percentage of 68%. The competence of 'evaluate and design scientific inquiry' has the lowest percentage of 8% and the competence of 'interpret data and evidence scientifically' with 24%. Thus, it can be concluded that the learning materials have integrated scientific literacy competencies. Still, suppose we refer to the proportion of scientific literacy competencies according to PISA 2018. In that case, it can be said that the integrated scientific literacy coverage in these learning materials is not proportional.
