Trabalho Feminino: Uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura em Psicodinâmica do Trabalho

Abstract

– Despite of considering the sexual division of labor as a problem, the work psychodynamics has not yet investigated in depth the gender differences at work. This study aimed to carry out a systematic review of studies on the psychodynamics of women's work in the main national and international databases, in English, Portuguese, French and Spanish. The results show that, of the total of 236 articles selected for review, only 29 deal with women's work. It is concluded that gender specificities must be considered in depth in the field of work psychodynamics.
