Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis of the teacher’s perception about the start-up of a work team in an educative cooperative in Ceuta that would work to promote healthy habits among the school population. To do so, a descriptive and correlative research was conducted based on a quantitative method with a questionnaire applied to a sample of 40 teachers. It is concluded that the work team put into practice a health program that allowed enhancing the healthy habits and making the educative community more active in this topic based on the phenomenon of leadership.
