Abstract

This study examines the problem regarding the not been maximal achievement of student learning outcomes it’s characterized by the existence of student learning outcomes that have not reached the KKM score for odd semester 2020/2021 in online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This artickel aims to show the result of research on the influence of motivation and self-directed learning on student learning outcomes class XI and XII OTKP on the subject “OTK Keuangan” at one of Private Vocational High School in Bandung City. The research method uses an explanatory survey through the distribution questionnaires with a Likert Scale model with 33 students as respondents. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The result of data analysis show that the level of motivation was in the medium category, the level of self-directed learning was in the medium category, and the level of learning outcomes was in the medium category. The result of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation and self-directed learning on student learning outcomes in Class XI and XII OTKP on the subject “OTK Keuangan”either partially or simultaneously.
