Abstract

The Internet has influenced and changed human relationships, raising bioethical questions, among which the exposure of privacy. This article aims to analyze the bioethical implications of human relations and the privacity on the internet. This is a critical review based on literature found in electronic databases Capes’ Journals Website, SciELO, Bireme, and Google Scholar. In the analysis, it was possible to perceive the interface between human relations, the privacy and the bioethics, and the positive and negative bioethical implications of the human relations and of the privacy on the Internet. Thus, it constitutes a challenge maintaining and increasing quality of benefits and services of the Internet with a consequent reduction of the exposure risks of privacy. It becomes necessary to establish educational campaigns aimed at raising awareness of the benefits and risks of the Internet and the importance of its use in guided bioethical principles that should guide all human relationships.
