Abstract
ADHD is a condition that is often missed or misdiagnosed in adults, but successfully identifying and treating it can improve clinical and functional outcomes. This article discusses how to recognise and diagnose ADHD in adults, and outlines the recommended pharmacological and non‐pharmacological treatment options.
