Abstract
The study aimed to know the heart’s variables caused by the variables occurring as a result of the proposed free warm-up and compare it with the traditional warm-up to get rid of lactic acid. The researcher used the descriptive approach as it is the appropriate method to solve the research’s problem and to achieve its goals. The research sample included ten players from Al-Karkh Club, whose heights averaged were 191.8 cm, their weights averaged 78.2 kg, and had an average age of 20.5 years. As for the studied variables, they included cardiac muscle variables (pulse - cardiac output - heartbeat size) and blood lactic acid concentration. The members of the sample performed the tests that had 4 stages of the time of each stage, 4 minutes when they were warming up, and then the effort directly. These variables were measuredin each stage. The researchers found out that there is no difference between free and traditional warm-up of the studied variables.
