Abstract

The study was aimed at identifying the psychosocial and behavioural risk and protective factors associated with alcohol and other psychoactive substance use among high risk youth. The self-administered anonymous questionnaire was completed by a random sample of 12-to 19-year-old students attending youth socio-therapy centres (MOS) and youth correctional centres (MOW) in Poland (n = 1730). The article presents the thematic scope, research tools, information on sample and study implementation procedure.
