Abstract

This paper discusses translations of tests and questionnaires from a psychological perspective: A distinction is drawn between linguistic and psychometric considerations, and procedures from both areas are briefly described. Back-translations and simple psychometric procedures are used to illustrate problems in the translation of Millon's Clinical Multiaxial Inventory into Danish.
