Abstract

Nineteen polyoxygenated eunicellin diterpenoids, named klyflaccilins B-T (1–19), were isolated from the South China Sea soft coral Klyxum flaccidum. Their structures were established by extensive spectroscopic analysis and for several of the isolated compounds the absolute configurations were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.
