Abstract

(ER) Based upon tests of F3 lines of crosses between Sensho and twelve tester genotypes with marker genes, the resistance of the variety Sensho was concluded to be based on more than five genes. Five genes were located on different linkage groups and the resistance genes are dominant. One of the tester lines was also found to have a minor gene, and this gene was not present in Sensho.
