Abstract
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based smart teaching tools in education is revolutionizing traditional methods by providing personalized learning experiences, automated assessments, and data-driven insights. These tools, such as intelligent tutoring systems, chatbots, and predictive analytics platforms, are increasingly used in management education. However, the successful implementation of AI depends on teachers' readiness, awareness, and acceptance of these technologies. Challenges such as digital literacy, institutional support, and ethical concerns may hinder AI adoption. This study aims to examine the perceptions and readiness of management teachers towards AI-based smart teaching tools, including their level of awareness, adaptability, and perceived barriers. Factors such as AI literacy, resistance to change, and training programs will be explored. The study will also investigate how AI-powered tools influence teaching effectiveness, student engagement, and curriculum development in management education. The findings will help educational policymakers, administrators, and technology developers design strategies for effective AI adoption in higher education.
