Abstract

Pesisir Banyuasin merupakan salah satu kawasan yang memiliki potensi perikanan yang besar di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Namun padatnya aktivitas lalu lintas kapal dan pertanian dapat menyebabkan perairan tercemar oleh logam berat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi logam Pb dan Cu pada rajungan (Portunus pelagicus) yang tertangkap di Pesisir Banyuasin serta membandingkannya dengan baku mutu yang berlaku. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di Pesisir Banyuasin menggunakan metode fishing survey. Sampel dianalisis dengan AAS sesuai SNI 2354.5:2011 untuk logam Pb dan SNI 2354.13:2014 untuk logam Cu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan konsentrasi logam Pb dan Cu di dalam daging rajungan berturut-turut sebesar 0,62–2,48 mg/kg Pb dan 2,5-11,6 mg/kg Cu. Berdasarkan baku mutu yang ditetapkan BPOM No.5 tahun 2018 dan SNI 7387:2009, konsentrasi logam Pb sudah melewati ambang batas, namun berdasarkan ketentuan FAO (1983) hanya pada stasiun 4 yang melebihi baku mutu. Konsentrasi logam Cu dalam daging rajungan masih dibawah baku mutu kecuali pada stasiun 5 yang melewati baku mutu FAO (1983). Kata Kunci: Cu, logam berat, Pb, Pesisir Banyuasin, rajungan.The coastal area of Banyuasin is an area that has great fishery potential in South Sumatra Province. The dense traffic of ships and agricultural activities can cause waters to be polluted by heavy metals. This study aims to determine the concentration of Pb and Cu metals in blue swimming crabs caught on the Banyuasin Coastal Waters and compare it with existing quality standards. Sampling was carried out on the Banyuasin Coastal Waters using the fishing survey method. Samples were analyzed with AAS according to SNI 2354.5:2011 for Pb and SNI 2354.13:2014 for Cu. The results showed that the concentrations of Pb and Cu in the blue swimming crab meat were 0.62–2.48 mg/kg and 2.5-11.6 mg/kg, respectively. Based on the quality standards by BPOM No. 5 (2018) and SNI 7387: 2009, the concentration of Pb has exceeded the threshold; however, based on FAO (1983), only station 4 has exceeded the quality standard. The concentration of Cu in blue swimming crab meat is still below the quality standard, except at station, which exceeds the FAO quality standard (1983).
