IAIN Palopo as a higher education institution that has a management system with a leadership pattern that is effective and efficient, accountable, credible, transparent, responsible, and fair. There is a description of the main values of local wisdom which is used as a management system which is internalized first as a basis for carrying out managerial activities but also applied to students.This research uses qualitative methods and usesethnopedagogical approach.The application of Bugis Culture at the IAIN is carried out by the tudassipulung model, this implementation is quite effective.
