Abstract

The article focuses on SARS-CoV-2 infection risk among active duty military members deployed to a Field Hospital, New York City. Topics include a total of 591 U.S. Army personnel from three units were deployed from areas in which COVID-19 incidence was low to the Javits New York Medical Station (JMS); and army personnel followed a rigorous infection control plan and remained largely isolated from the surrounding community while in NYC.
