Abstract

The present study aims to investigate the role of knowledge management that contributes towards the effectiveness of teams and also to determine the behaviors of Employee performance and person Job fit. The study provides a positive outlook on the effects of Knowledge management on Team effectiveness. The number of questionnaires distributed were 280, out of which 147 were received so the rate of response is 52.5%. Non-probability convenience sampling is employed. The tool employed for data analysis is Smart-PLS. Descriptive analysis, PLS algorithm, and bootstrapping were calculated. The results show that there is a positive association between Knowledge management and Employees’ performance (p =0.000).
