Abstract
Nowadays, the warehouse automation system is widely used in industrial automation, logistic system, because of using few labor, high accuracy and productivity efficiency in inventory managements. The thesis presents control warehouse automation system, developed Programable logic controller and explanation work principle of equipment, display connected PLC programming and platform link to configure device, describe component of hardware and software, input/output device, controlled HMI to touch the implement. The firstly, presents general structure system of warehouse automation and display work principle included: Three-dimensional warehouse inside had stacker crane, rack and cells block for storage and remove workpieces. The Automated guided vehicle (AGV) is second step to take the workpieces and transfer to tray conveyer. Pallet conveyer belt is picking the workpieces from AGV for displacement to goods assembly line and then the industrial robot will be handing assembly workpieces join together. The secondly, displays the main master software and platform using in control system, consist of SIEMENS S7-1200 TIA V13 portal, X-SIGHT studio camera, will show involve CPU device details, prosperity of software The thirdly, developed Ladder diagram and block diagram on PC programming, establish program one by one as following application equipment, display HMI touch screen is center control after download programming from computer to CPU, HMI will operate by screen bottom for click or select follow working of implements, in this thesis include three control panel and three HMI by interface Modus/TCP between software and hardware The finally, based on PLC programming and the whole equipment we accomplished experiment tested run PLC programming from PC link to CPU hardware and transfer information to HMI screen then operated bottom on touch screen
