PENGUJIAN USABILITY WEBSITE TIME EXCELINDO MENGGUNAKAN SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE (SUS) (sTUDI KASUS: WEBSITE TIME EXCELINDO)

Abstract

Usability testing of Time Excelindo website using System Usability Scale (SUS) is an action research with purpose to measure usability scale of Time Excelindo website. Based on the results of the test conducted will be analyzed further to produce website improvement recomendations to improve website usability. The test will be conducted using SUS questionaire that consists of 10 statements and Likert scale for the answer. There is two stages testing, firstly with the use of SUS questionaire to measure website usability. The results then being analyzed to produce improvement recomendations. Secondly using SUS questionaire that have been tampered with by adding recomendations into questionaire statements. Conclusions obtained from this research is the fact that Time Excelindo website already have acceptable usability. But by implementing improvement recomendations, will further improve website usability.
