Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of E-learning in science subjects for class VIII at SMP Fikri. based on: Implementation of E-learning-based learning conducted by teachers and by students. This research is an evaluation research using a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument, interview and observation. By using the evaluation model developed by M. Scriven. The sample of this study was 1 science teacher and class VIII junior high school students consisting of 20 students. The results showed that the score obtained by the teacher based on the implementation of E-learning-based learning was included in the very good category and reached a percentage of 90%,,  Meanwhile, the scores obtained by students based on the implementation of E-learning-based learning were included in the good category and reached a percentage of 79,4%,. However, based on the results of interviews, and, observations there are some notes that the lesson plans and learning resources used have not been developed yet. The use of virtual synchronous e-learning is good enough, but it is necessary to increase the media used and the school-owned E-learning website needs more subject matter. As for the real synchronous, there are still shortcomings in the use of electronic devices to support the learning process.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemanfaatan E-learning pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas VIII di SMP Fikri. berdasarkan: (1) Pelaksanaan Pemanfaatan E-learning yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket, wawancara dan observasi.  Dengan menggunakan model evaluasi oleh M.Scriven. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 1 guru mata pelajaran IPA dan siswa SMP kelas VIII yang terdiri dari 20 siswa. Hasil penelitian bahwa skor yang diperoleh guru berdasarakan pemanfaatan E-learning termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan mencapai presentase sebesar 90%, Sedangkan skor yang diperoleh siswa berdasarkan pemanfaatan E-learning termasuk dalam kategori baik dan mencapai presentase sebesar 79,4%.. Namun berdasarkan hasil wawancara, dan observasi terdapat beberapa catatan bahwa RPP dan sumber belajar yang digunakan belum dapat dikembangkan. Pemanfaatan E-learning secara sinkronus maya sudah cukup baik namun diperlukan untuk memperbanyak media yang digunakan dan website E-learning yang dimiliki sekolah perlu diperbanyak lagi materi pelajaran nya. Sedangkan untuk sinkronus nyata masih terdapat kekurangan didalam pemanfaatan perangkat elektronik untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran.
