The general practice case report revisited

Abstract

In summary, this revised case report format has the potential to accurately reflect both the process and content of our everyday clinical encounters. This will result in improved quality of patient care and foster the ongoing development of the discipline of general practice by facilitating GPs to generate their own research agenda.
