Cidadania e desemprego no Brasil contemporâneo: uma reflexão a partir das categorias de subjetividade indivíduo, mero-indivíduo e pessoa

Abstract

Com o acirramento da competição internacional e a diminuição do papel do Estado na sociedade, emergem novas formas de relações de trabalho, influenciando na oferta e na natureza contratuais dos empregos, nas qualificações requeridas dos trabalhadores e na precarização do trabalho. O desemprego e o trabalho informal destacam-se no cenário brasileiro. Com essa reflexão, objetivou-se destacar o desemprego a partir do próprio lugar do trabalho na sociedade contemporânea, considerando as condições particulares de democracia e de cidadania no cenário brasileiro. Acredita-se que as categorias subjetivas indivíduo, mero-indivíduo, sujeito e pessoa possam ser articuladas para essa reflexão. Pretende-se contribuir, mesmo que de forma modesta, para a construção de um novo direcionamento para o estudo do fenômeno do trabalho e, conseqüentemente, do desemprego na sociedade contemporânea.With the increase of international competition and the decrease of the governments role in society, new work relations emerge, acting on job offers and the very nature of employment contracts, on the required qualifications of the workers, and the growth of precarious conditions at work. The current level of unemployment and the unregistered workforce stands out in Brazil. With this thought, the objective was to detach the unemployment from the very place of work in the contemporary society, considering the specific conditions of democracy and the citizenship in Brazil. It is thought to be true, that the subjective categories: The single person, the individual, the one, the person, can also be included in this. It is intended to have new guidelines for the work-fact study, and as result, for the unemployment in the contemporary society.
