Abstract

To examine the Q angle, during the resistance training by "Leg Pre s 45" and tile extensor chair". l4 female subjects piactitioneis gym carned out exercises at OKC and ICKC, ranging from 0 to 90 of flexion, vheie images weie recoided each 10. Through SAPO v.068, the Q angles were measured; and conducted a T test fot independent samples wit/i pG.05. The iesistance training should inc ude rnusc e exercises in OKC and ICKC, with special attention to the last one, contradicting the /iew of some authors. Tile Q ang e, when corn pared to OKC and ICKC, changed with the inctease of bending the knee for bat/i knees to noimal as the valgus, validating the combination of exercises in OKC and ICKC in muscle strengthening, for possib e trend to the pot hclogic va/gus.
