Abstract: This study objective to describe the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the industrial grade curriculum of Yamaha and Daihatsu. The method used is a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. The procedure for collecting data uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results are: (1) Yamaha and Daihatsu industrial class curriculum planning starts from the collaboration between schools and industry, then holds a meeting between the target schools, related industries and PSMK representatives to discuss curriculum synchronization. Preparation of educator resources is realized in the form of training by productive teachers and internships to related industries; (2) Organizing Yamaha and Daihatsu industrial class curriculum responsible parties include principals, deputy principals in the curriculum section, heads of expertise programs of each department, and teachers; (3) The application of the learning curriculum uses practice space that has been set according to industry standards, brings guest teachers from direct industries, learning resources from industry, and applies industrial culture; and (4) Yamaha and Daihatsu industrial grade curriculum evaluation is carried out in the form of daily tests, midterms, final semester examinations, and vocational competency examinations, as well as accreditation of departments and visits every 3 months from related industries. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penerapan, dan evaluasi kurikulum kelas industri Yamaha dan Daihatsu. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya adalah: (1) Perencanaan kurikulum kelas industri Yamaha dan Daihatsu berawal dari kerjasama antara sekolah dan industri, kemudian mengadakan pertemuan antara sekolah binaan, pihak industri terkait dan perwakilan PSMK membahas mengenai sinkronisasi kurikulum. Persiapan sumber daya pendidik diwujudkan dalam bentuk pelatihan oleh guru produktif dan magang ke industri terkait; (2) Pengorganisasian kurikulum kelas industri Yamaha dan Daihatsu pihak yang bertanggungjawab meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, kepala program keahlian masing-masing jurusan, dan guru; (3) Penerapan kurikulum pembelajarannya menggunakan ruang praktik yang sudah di setting sesuai standar industri, mendatangkan guru tamu dari industri langsung, sumber belajar dari industri, dan menerapkan budaya industri; dan (4) Evaluasi kurikulum kelas industri Yamaha dan Daihatsu dilakukan dalam bentuk ulangan harian, ujian tengah semester, ujian akhir semester, dan ujian kompetensi kejuruan, serta akreditasi jurusan dan kunjungan setiap 3 bulan sekali dari industri terkait.
