Abstract
CyberOps Commander is a single-player, turn-based web card game that places players in the role of a cybersecurity team leader. During each round, the leader faces evolving cyber-attack scenarios and must deploy available resources-represented as cards, while managing budget and personnel availability. Decisions impact the company's risk exposure and finances. Focusing on developing strategic leadership and decision-making skills while highlighting the challenges of team management, an orchestration engine dynamically adjusts scenario difficulty based on the player's actions. Game progression is exported in reproducible TOSCA-based scenarios deployable on training platforms, allowing cybersecurity experts to replay them, bridging leadership training with technical team evaluation and fostering readiness.
