Due to its prevalence, numerous studies have been conducted to ascertain its causes, effects, and possible remedies. While there may not be a panacea for burnout, it is essential that continual research be undertaken to unearth more effective ways of tackling teacher burnout. Research has established that communication plays a significant role in impacting burnout. It is against this backdrop that the researcher aims to make a case for internal communication as a feasible solution to counteracting teacher burnout. In line with this purpose, this article reviews relevant literature on teacher burnout and internal communication, showing a connection between the two variables.
