Pendampingan Penguatan Kapasitas Kelembagaan Pusat Konsultasi Bantuan Hukum Pimpinan (Posbakum) Wilayah Aisyiyah Bengkulu

Abstract

The desire of the administrators to increase the capacity of the institution due to the increasing number of institutions and legal aid providers who do not have a social spirit for the underprivileged, makes the community feel that there is no access to justice for them. To find a solution to this problem, Posbakum PW Aisyiyah certainly needs parties who can help them to provide education about increasing accreditation. The implementation team chose the mentoring method as a method in implementing this service activity. The stages in the implementation of this assistance are adjusted to the issues raised and the needs of partners. One of the problems and needs is related to the need to improve the competence of the board or managers in managing the PW Aisyiyah Posbakum. The stages of the activity can be started from conducting education about institutional strengthening, providing assistance in the preparation of administration and institutional profiles, assisting the application for accreditation for extension of Posbakum PW Aisyiyah Bengkulu. With this implementation team, the management has increased knowledge about the importance of strengthening institutional capacity through the extension of re-accreditation/improvement of accreditation to be good for legal aid providers (OBH). This is evidenced by the minimal correction from the verification and accreditation committee of the Bengkulu Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office when conducting field verification some time ago, on September 15, 2021 to be exact.
